General Motors Diet Program (GM Diet) is specially designed to reduce weight. The details of when and what you have to eat are given on all the seven days of a week in a month. You can see a lot of difference after trying this diet for just seven days.

gm diet plan-Day one
Breakfast (8.30 - 9 Am) - one apple, two glasses of water
Mid-morning meal (10:30 - 11 am) - one bowl papaya, 1-2 glasses of water
Lunch (1- 1:30 pm) - a large bowl of watermelon or melon, 1-2 glasses of water
Tea time (4-4: 30 pm) - 1 orange or lemon or chiku, one and a half glasses of water
In the evening (6-6: 30 pm) - 1 glass of coconut water
Dinner (8.30-9pm) - 1 apple, two glasses of water
Remember, eat only fruits on the first day and avoid eating bananas.

Breakfast (8.30 - 9 Am) - 1 boiled potato, 1 to 2 glasses of water
Mid Morning Meal (10:30 - 11 AM) - 1 bowl of raw cabbage, two glasses of water
Lunch (1- 1:30 pm) - 1 tomato, 1 cucumber or cucumber, half-boiled beet, 1 to one and a half glasses of water
Tea time (4-4: 30 pm) - Two tomatoes, 1 to 2 glasses of water
In the evening (6-6: 30 pm) - 1 glass of spinach and tomato juice
For dinner (8.30 - 9 pm) - Add salt or spice to a boiled gourd, two glasses of water
Remember that only eat vegetables on the second day

Mid Morning Meal (10:30 - 11 Am) - Papaya full of a bowl, two glasses of water
Lunch (1- 1:30 pm) - 1 tomato, 1 cucumber, half-boiled beet, two glasses of water
Tea time (4-4: 30 pm) - 1 orange, 2 glasses of water
In the evening (6-6: 30 pm) - a glass of spinach tomato juice or 1 chiku
For dinner (8.30 - 9 pm) - Add salt or spice to boiled gourd, two glasses of water
Remember to eat only fruits or vegetables on the third day

Breakfast (8.30 - 9 Am) - Half a glass of skimmed milk, two glasses of water
Mid Morning Meal (10:30 - 11 Am) - 1 banana, two glasses of water
Lunch (1- 1:30 pm) - 1 glass of skimmed milk without sugar, two glasses of water
Tea time (4-4: 30 pm) - 1 banana, two glasses of water
Evening (6-6: 30 pm) - 1 banana
Dinner (8.30 - 9 pm) - Half a glass of skimmed milk without sugar
Remember that on the fourth day, only take skimmed milk and banana without sugar.

Breakfast (8.30 - 9 Am) - 1 bowl
Brown rice (rice), 1 to two glasses of water
Mid-morning meal (10:30 - 11 Am) - 2 tomatoes, two glasses of water
Lunch (1- 1:30 pm) - 1 bowl brown rice (rice) with tomato gravy, 2 glasses of water
Tea time (4-4: 30 pm) - 2 cumin seeds, 2 glasses of water, salt cumin
In the evening (6-6: 30 PM) - 1 glass of lemon water
At dinner (8.30 - 9 pm) - Brown Rice
Remember, eat only brown rice and tomatoes on the fifth day

Breakfast (8.30 - 9 Am) - 1 bowl
Brown rice (rice), 1 to two glasses of water
Mid-morning meal (10:30 - 11 Am) - 2 tomatoes, two glasses of water
Lunch (1- 1:30 pm) - 1 bowl brown rice (rice) with other vegetables, two Full glasses of water
Tea time (4-4:30) - Cumin seeds, two cucumbers mixed with salt, two glasses of water
In the evening (6-6: 30 PM) - 1 glass of lemon water
Dinner (8.30 - 9 pm) - Boiled beet, cucumber, carrot, tomato, leaf
Cauliflower Salad
Remember, on the sixth day, eat only vegetables including brown rice, tomatoes.

Breakfast (8.30 - 9 Am) - 1 bowl
Brown rice (rice), 1 to two glasses of water
Mid-morning meal (10:30 - 11 Am) - 2 tomatoes, two glasses of water
Lunch (1- 1:30 pm) - 1 bowl brown rice (rice) with other vegetables, two Full  glasses of water
Tea time (4-4:30) - Cumin seeds, two cucumbers mixed with salt, two glasses of water
In the evening (6-6: 30 pm) -
1 glass of shikanji or any juice
At dinner (8.30 - 9 pm) - boiled beetroot, cucumber, carrot
